Hang on I BE A MINUTE!

This is a tricky one …

Massachusetts States was just over the weekend, as the largest state contest in the US it did not upset. There was so much talent there, and a lot of amazing freestyles thrown down. we had 3 team members representing CLYW there: Michael Kurti, Andrew Maider and Mark Mangarin. They put together some serious freestyles that really showed how unique and creative they are.

Super impressed with these guys! They work so hard perfecting their freestyles for this opportunity to go on stage, it’s really not easy being up there. Congrats guys!

Michael ended up going home with 2nd in !a, 3rd in 3A and 1st in 5A! His last combo in his 1A routine made me jump out of my seat when he hit it. SO CRAZY!!!

I must be dreaming right now. Seriously.

Here’s a look at Shinnosuke’s prelim from Japan Nats. This has got to be one of the hardest contests out there to get to finals in.
